Welcome to Room 27! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, subscription memberships, and participation in the Room 27 12-Date Challenge. By purchasing a subscription or enrolling in our Challenge, you agree to these terms.
1. Overview & Business Details
Room 27 is a monthly physical mail subscription service for couples, providing physical date idea cards, connection prompts, exercises, letters, and keepsakes.
2. Subscriptions & Bundles
Monthly Subscription (£12/month): Billed monthly on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time prior to your next billing cycle via emailing elise@palm.st.
3-Month Bundle (£32/Every 3 months): Billed automatically every 3 months. You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date by emailing elise@palm.st. Once your first envelope has been dispatched, the 3-month period is non-refundable.
6-Month Bundle / Challenge Membership (£59 /every 6 months): Billed automatically at £59 every 6 months. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date by emailing elise@palm.st. Members who complete the 12-Date Challenge are eligible for a 100% (£59) cash refund or a £59 store credit applied toward their upcoming 6-month renewal. Completing the challenge or receiving a refund does not automatically cancel your recurring subscription; you must request a cancellation or pause prior to your renewal date if you do not wish to continue receiving monthly envelopes. Purchases are non-refundable once the first envelope of a 6-month cycle has been dispatched.
3. The 12-Date Challenge (£59 Refund / Credit Offer)
3.1 Eligibility
To participate in the 12-Date Challenge, you must purchase the 6-Month Bundle (£59). Monthly and 3-month plan subscribers are not eligible for the £59 refund or credit.
3.2 Challenge Requirements
To qualify for the 100% (£59) refund or £59 store credit, participants must meet all of the following criteria:
Complete 12 Room 27 Dates: Complete at least 12 out of the 24 date cards provided across your 6-month membership (an average of 2 dates per month).
Photo Submissions: Take at least one (1) clear photo of you and/or your partner during each of the 12 completed dates (a total of 12 distinct photos). It must be obvious which date you are doing.
Written Review: Write an honest, brief review/feedback submission reflecting on your dating experience over the 6-month period.
Private Form Submission: Upload all 12 photos and your written review together through the official, private Room 27 Challenge Submission Portal within 180 days (6 calendar months) from the date of initial order purchase.
3.3 Privacy & Use of Photos
100% Private Verification:Photos uploaded for verification are used solely by Room 27 to confirm challenge eligibility. All image files are securely deleted within 7 business days of receiving them, unless explicit written consent is provided to retain or publish them.
No Public Share Requirement: You are never required to post photos on social media, tag Room 27 publicly, or make your images public.
Optional Permission: Photos will never be published, shared, or used in marketing materials without your explicit, written prior consent.
3.4 Processing Your Refund or Credit
Once submitted, your proof will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
Upon successful verification, you will receive your choice of either:
A full refund of £59.00 back to the original payment method, OR
A £59.00 credit voucher applied to extend your Room 27 membership for an additional 6 months.
Submissions received after the 180-day period from purchase, or submissions containing fewer than 12 valid date photos, or without a review will not qualify for the refund or store credit.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Physical envelopes are dispatched monthly to the postal address provided at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to keep shipping and address details up to date. If your delivery address changes, please notify us before your next dispatch date by emailing elise@palm.st. Room 27 cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected mail caused by outdated shipping information.
5. Refunds & Cancellations (Standard Purchases)
Standard Returns: Due to the personalized and physical nature of curated stationery and content, opened envelopes cannot be returned.
Damaged Goods: If your envelope arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will send a replacement.
6. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer
Room 27 content is created by a relationship coach and sexologist-in-training for inspirational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. Room 27 does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or professional relationship therapy/counseling.
## 6.1 Content Notice & Age Requirement
Intended Audience: Room 27 is designed for adult couples (18 years of age or older). By purchasing a subscription or bundle, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Themes & Topics: Our monthly letters and exercises explore various aspects of adult relationships, including emotional intimacy, love, communication, physical connection, and sex. Content is written from an educational and relational perspective by a relationship coach and sexologist-in-training, but is intended exclusively for mature audiences.
