About Me

Hi, I’m Elise — a student sexologist and relationship therapist with a passion for helping people explore connection, communication, and intimacy in meaningful, grounded ways.

I'm currently studying at IAS Int. Academy of Sexology & RelationshipTherapy where I’m training to become a sexologist as well as a relationship therapist. As part of my training, I work with clients in supervised practice to grow my skills while offering accessible, low-cost support.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I believe that therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, and able to explore your inner world at your own pace. If I don’t know the answer, I’ll always be honest and I consult regularly with qualified therapists and supervisors to make sure I’m giving you thoughtful, responsible care.

Whether you’re attending a workshop, joining my 5-week couples audit, or booking a session, you’ll find a space where growth is encouraged and your experience is respected.

Previous Workshops

A look at some of the workshops I’ve hosted as part of my student training in sexology and relationship therapy. Each session is designed to be open, accessible, and focused on real, meaningful conversations.

Date Night with Elise: "Strengthening your Relationship"

In this workshop, based on the Gottman Method, we explored key principles that help couples build stronger, more resilient relationships. Participants learned practical tools for improving communication, deepening connection, and managing conflict in a healthy way. The session included guided exercises, reflection prompts, and real-world strategies couples could take home and use right away.
